All Safyna orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, necessitating a signature upon receipt, thereby ensuring the security of delivery.

Each order is meticulously presented within our exquisite gift box, presently available in a singular size. Should your order necessitate additional boxes to accommodate its dimensions, kindly note that such augmentation will incur an incremental delivery charge.

Furthermore, to safeguard the integrity of your order, it shall be encased within a protective mailing box during transit.

Both domestic UK and international orders are dispatched through Royal Mail, affording comprehensive end-to-end tracking capabilities.

Please be advised that any delays attributable to Royal Mail are beyond our purview. Should your order fail to reach you within 14 business days, we kindly request that you direct your correspondence to orders@safynaofficial.com, whereupon we shall promptly address the matter on your behalf.

We respectfully request that you refrain from refusing delivery on account of customs duties. In the event that such refusal occurs, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to account for the return shipping necessitated by your decision.


Shipping

Upon the placement of your order, we kindly request your patience as we allocate an estimated processing timeframe of 1-3 business days. Following this, upon dispatch, delivery is anticipated within 1-2 business days for domestic orders within the UK and 2-7 business days for international destinations.

Please allocate approximately 4-10 working days for the meticulous packaging and transit of your items to their intended destination. While we strive for expeditious service, rare circumstances beyond our control may necessitate an extension of this timeframe.

It is pertinent to acknowledge that during peak periods, such as new product launches and promotional events, dispatch timelines may be augmented by up to an additional 10 business days. Rest assured, our team is diligently working to expedite the processing of your order expeditiously.

For international orders, we kindly urge you to ensure the accuracy of your provided address information. Moreover, please be apprised that any customs clearance fees or holding times imposed by authorities in your respective country fall outside of our purview and responsibility.


Duties & Customs Taxes

For deliveries beyond the borders of the United Kingdom, it is important to recognize the potential imposition of supplementary duties and taxes. Recipients are obliged to settle any applicable Duties & Taxes incurred during delivery. We recommend consulting with your local customs and duties office to obtain comprehensive information regarding these charges. Please be advised that international customs duties, shipping costs, and sales taxes are non-reimbursable.


EU Countries

In light of the post-Brexit landscape, it is pertinent to note that all orders dispatched to European Union countries are susceptible to customs and duties charges.


USA

Regarding shipments destined for the United States, the majority will typically remain exempt from duties and taxes. Orders with a value below $800 are generally spared from customs duty. However, it is incumbent upon you to assume responsibility for any U.S. duties, taxes, and associated fees as stipulated by U.S. law. Import duties and taxes are to be borne by the recipient and are collected upon delivery.


Australia & New Zealand

For orders bound for Australia and New Zealand valued below 1000 AUD, customs duties or taxes are typically waived.


NOTE

These additional charges are not factored into the total at checkout, as they are contingent upon determinations made by the customs agency of the receiving country, beyond our sphere of influence. Estimations of these fees are best obtained by liaising with your local carrier or customs office.
In the event of delivery refusals by customers or instances of undeliverable packages due to inaccuracies in provided information, such parcels will be returned to us. Subsequently, as we are compelled to bear both the original and return shipping fees, alongside customs charges, these expenses will be deducted from any ensuing refund.
In cases where recipients decline delivery upon arrival of their order, resulting in the return of the package, Royal Mail levies a return fee which must be settled by the customer. Failure to respond to our attempts to rectify the situation may lead to the courier deeming the package abandoned, precluding eligibility for a refund.
Customers are accountable for covering shipping expenses associated with returning any item(s), with such costs deemed non-reimbursable.
Once an order has commenced transit, cancellation is no longer feasible.
